The project
Our client, a global market leader in transmission and chassis technology, is serving as a Tier 1 supplier for a major automotive manufacturer (OEM) in the field of e-mobility for this project, providing fully integrated transmission control systems. To monitor the project status and ensure product quality, the OEM requires regular assessments in accordance with Automotive SPICE®, in which the product manufacturing process for software-intensive systems is examined using the ASPICE® process reference model to identify potential deviations.
The develop group was commissioned to define appropriate measures to address the quality deviations based on the available ASPICE® assessment results and to support the client’s responsible teams in implementing these measures.
Our responsibilities
- Analysis of identified ASPICE® process deviations and implementation of appropriate corrective measures
- Analysis and optimization of quality management (QM) within the project
- Analysis, planning, and implementation of necessary process optimizations and activities to ensure the sustainable achievement of quality objectives
- Regular reporting at all management levels
